It depends on scope, data volume and the complexity of your governance requirements. AI Discovery is free and Readiness Workshops are fixed-price; Private AI Deployment is scoped per organisation after the workshop. We give a genuine range with the factors that move it, not a vague "it depends."

Engagements start with consultancy — a free discovery call and a readiness workshop that produce a prioritised roadmap — but Sovata’s core service is implementation: we design, build and operate the private AI system itself. You’re not buying a strategy deck someone else has to build; the people who scope the work are the people who deliver it.

Most clients do, because each stage reduces risk in the next one. But if you already have a clear use case and governance defined, we can scope Private AI Deployment directly after a shorter discovery conversation.
